Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Personal Health and Diet Programmes and Personal Weight Loss Programmes

This Agreement is made between you (the Client), and Linda Lazarides of Health-Diets.Net, BCM Waterfall, London WC1N 3XX, United Kingdom (the Supplier).

What you will receive
In return for a single payment of the advertised fee, the Supplier will supply:
(1) A Personal Health and Diet Report or a Personal Weight Loss Report in Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf), to include dietary recommendations, recipes and recommendations for food or herbal supplements.
(2) Two weeks of personal online support* where the Supplier will provide answers to the Client's questions about the Health & Diet Programme.
Either of the aforementioned programmes will be hereinafter referred to as "The Programme".
*Further online support may subsequently be purchased at the advertised rate.

The information supplied by you
The Programme will be based on the information supplied by the Client in the Questionnaire submitted online from this Website (www.health-diets.net) plus any other information which the Supplier may subsequently request. The Client certifies that the information which he or she will provide is, to the best of the Client's knowledge, true and correct, and omits nothing which can reasonably be deemed relevant to the supply of a Programme. Payment for a Programme and submission of the completed Questionnaire, will be deemed as the Client's implicit agreement to the Terms and Conditions set out herein, which will thenceforth be binding. Questionnaires must be submitted online, from this website in the English language.

Communications
All communications between the Client and the Supplier shall be online by email or via the Support Link on the Supplier's website. When questions are submitted via the Support Link, the Supplier will normally respond within a maximum of 24 hours.

Method of payment
All payments in relation to Programmes must be made through the specified Sales Agent using the links on the Suppliers's website.

Disclaimers
The Programme, related material and all communications between the Client and the Supplier will be in the English language. They will be supplied without guarantee or warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall the Supplier be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages. All persistent symptoms should be reported to a doctor. The Programme is not a substitute for medical advice and care.

This Agreement will be governed by English law and will be deemed to have occurred and been made in England. If the Client has any disputes in relation to the Programme, then these will be exclusively resolved in the English courts. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
